A. Declaration of Dividend under Dividend Option of Kotak Tax Saver

Notice is hereby given that Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Limited; the Trustees to Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has approved declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Kotak Tax Saver, an open ended equity linked saving scheme with a statutory lock in of 3 years and tax benefits The details are as under:

#Distribution of the above dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus.

Note: The Payment of Dividend will be subject to applicable dividend distribution tax.

Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAVs of the Dividend Options of the Scheme would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy if any.

All Unit Holders/Beneficial Owners of the Dividend Options of the schemes, whose names appear in the records of the Registrar, Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd./Depositories as on March 28, 2019, will be eligible to receive the dividend.

B. Change in the Nomenclature of 'Instant Access Facility'

Notice is hereby given that the nomenclature of an exiting facility i.e. 'Instant Access Facility', currently available in Kotak Mahindra Liquid Scheme, an open ended liquid scheme, shall be changed from 'Instant Access Facility' to 'Insta Redeem' w.e.f. March 25, 2019.

All other terms and conditions as provided in the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the above mentioned scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
