SBI Mutual Fund launches SBI Long Duration Fund

Highlights of the NFO:

  • Scheme type - An open-ended debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is greater than 7 Years. A Relatively High interest rate risk and Moderate Credit Risk

  • Investment objective - The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns by investing in debt and money market instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the scheme portfolio is greater than 7 years. However, there can be no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the scheme would be achieved.

  • Product suitability - The product is suitable for investors who are seeking regular income generation for long term by investing predominantly in debt and money market instruments.

  • Minimum Application Amount - First investment is Rs.5000/- and in multiples of Rs.1/- thereafter

  • Plan/ Options available - Regular plan & Direct plan having Growth Option and Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal (IDCW) Option.

  • Fund Manager - Mr. Rajeev Radhakrishnan and Mr. Mohit Jain

  • Benchmark - CRISIL Long Duration Fund AIII Index
