UTI Mutual Fund launches UTI Corporate Bond Fund

Highlights of the NFO:

  • Scheme type - An open ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds

  • Investment objective - The investment objective of the scheme is to generate optimal returns by investing predominantly in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be realized. The Scheme does not guarantee / indicate any returns.

  • Product suitability - The product is suitable for investors who are seeking optimal returns over the medium to long term by investing predominantly in AA+ and above rated corporate debt.

  • Minimum Application Amount - First investment is Rs. 5,000/- and in multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter

  • Plan/ Options available - Regular Plan and Direct Plan. Both Plans offer the following Options.

    • Growth Option

    • Quarterly Dividend Option with both Payout & Reinvestment facilities

    • Half Yearly Dividend Option with both Payout & Reinvestment facilities

    • Annual Dividend Option with both Payout & Reinvestment facilities
